How to play Pokémon GO on ASUS ZenFone 5 (and hopefully other Intel devices as well)

So I'm sitting in university and just figured this out and it's still pretty laggy, but you should give it a try!

I'm using a ZenFone 5 with Android Lollipop and ZenUI. First I downloaded the APK file of Pokémon GO version 0.29.2 from apkmania.

I installed it and when trying to open the game, it got stuck on a black screen right after the niantic logo.

So here's the trick to make it work:

1) Launch Pokémon GO

2) Tap the "recent apps" key (the one on the bottom right)

3) Pin the Pokémon GO window (your GPS should be already enabled)

4) Pokémon GO will start

On my device it started pretty buggy but after a few restarts out finally worked! When not pinning the window it didn't track my GPS correctly (it said GPS not found) and I couldn't touch any of the starter pokemon.

I hope that I could help anyone out there, I tried my best. If there are still any questions, just leave a comment, I'll answer asap.

This is the new case for my Samsung Galaxy S1. Because my old phone broke, my dad gave his old(!!) S1 with cracked display to me. Weird feeling when your parents own more high-tech stuff than you...

Most of my friends said it looks too childish, but I just love all about the design: the fresh green color, the cute chibi girl and that panda hoodie she's wearing.

Die meisten meiner Freunde meinten, dass sie zu kindisch aussieht, aber ich liebe einfach alles an dem Design: die frische grüne Farbe, das niedliche Chibi Mädchen und den Panda-Hoodie, den sie trägt.

This is what my phone looks like from behind now.
You see, it fits perfectly. Due to the fact, that the case is made of plastic and pretty thin, the size is not much more and the weight neither.
Still, it saves the phone from damages when it hits the floor.

I'm so clumsy! >.<

So sieht mein Handy jetzt von hinten aus.
Wie man sieht, sitzt es perfekt. Dadurch, dass die Plastikhülle ziemlich dünn ist, wird das Handy nicht wesentlich größer oder schwerer.
Trotzdem bewahrt sie das Handy vor Schäden, wenn es auf den Boden fällt.

Ich bin so tollpatschig! >.<

Er ist wirklich gut, es lassen sich ganz leicht dünne Linien ziehen. Ich zeig es vielleicht irgendwann mal xD

Prom Dress [Introduction]

Wow! Today I received two parcels!

The first one that arrived earlier contained the prom dress I will be wearing after graduation and in the second one was my new liquid eyeliner. I'm really relieved that the dress finally arrived, because I've been afraid that it might have gone lost on the long way from China to Germany.

Wow! Heute kamen zwei Pakete an!

Im ersten war das Ballkleid, welches ich nach dem Abitur tragen werde und im zweiten war mein neuer Eyeliner. Ich bin wirklich erleichtert, dass das Kleid endlich angekommen ist, weil ich Angst hatte, dass es auf dem langen Weg von China hier her verloren gegangen sein könnte.

When I opened the parcel I found that label sign which really surprised me, because I thought it was a no-name production. My first impression was that the dress looked well made and as I tried on it, my assumption was confirmed.

No seams are torn and the zipper in the back is not jammed. A positive surprise :)

Mein erster Eindruck war, dass das Kleid gut verarbeitet aussah und als ich es anprobierte, bestätigte sich meine Vermutung. Keine Nähte sind gerissen und auch der Reiß  verschluss hinten klemmt nicht.

Eine positive Überraschung :)

The dress is quite long (even though I'm 5"6 tall!) so I'll be wearing high heels at the prom, I guess.

There's also been a pair of transparent shoulder straps included.

Das Kleid ist ziemlich lang (ich bin 167cm groß  !), also werde ich wohl Absätze beim Abiball tragen.

Ein Paar transparenter Träger waren auch dabei.

First Try With Photography & Messenger Bag [Review]

A few weeks ago my new handbag finally arrived. In the photos on the website the color looked darker, but this one is actually quite nice as well. Also, today I've made ​​a few pictures for my little sister's blog. Would be pretty cool to be able to photograph professionally :D

Vor einigen Wochen kam meine neue Handtasche endlich an. Auf den Fotos sah die Farbe dunkler aus, aber diese Farbe ist eigentlich auch ganz schön. Außerdem habe ich heute ein paar Bilder für den Blog meiner kleinen Schwester gemacht. Wäre ziemlich cool, professionell fotografieren zu können :D

Inside the bag is only a small zippered pocket instead of a few small open ones. Though this bag is from a processing perspective definitely better than the fox bag!

An der Tasche war auch ein kleines Etikett am Ende vom Träger... das habe ich leider verloren

Innen ist statt einiger kleinerer Taschen nur eine mit Reißverschluss. Diese ist von der Verarbeitung her aber  trotzdem auf jeden Fall besser als die Fuchs-Tasche!

What bothers me a little is the "button" made ​​of synthetic leather. If you fill the bag up to the top, you cannot close it because the ribbon will not hold.

Was mich noch ein wenig stört ist der "Knopf" aus Kunstleder. Wenn man die Tasche bis oben hin füllt, kann man sie nämlich nicht mehr schließen, da das Bändchen nicht hält.

Alles in allem aber für den Preis ganz gut.

At the Christmas Market - Fox Handbag [Review]

Sadly enough, I won't be spending Christmas with my boyfriend tomorrow, but with my family of course. Yesterday we've been in Bonn, visiting the Christmas market and afterwards taking a walk to the Rhine river.

Leider werde ich Weihnachten morgen nicht gemeinsam mit meinem Freund verbringen, aber natürlich mit meiner Familie. Gestern waren wir in Bonn auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt und später zum Rhein spazieren gegangen.

This is my current handbag. Although it should represent a fox, it looks like a owl :P

Dies ist meine aktuelle Handtasche. Obwohl es einen Fuchs darstellen soll, sieht es eher aus wie eine Eule :P

I really like the bag itself, especially the cute design. Unfortunately, it's been poorly processed, which is why the holes of the carrier strip became worn quickly and sometimes it even falls off :(


An sich gefällt mir die Tasche sehr gut, besonders das niedliche Design. Leider ist sie nicht so gut verarbeitet worden, weswegen die Löcher des Trägers schnell ausleierten und manchmal fällt er auch ab :(

Christmas Time - Pink Clutch Purse [Review]

It's almost christmas and at least this year I've already gathered all the presents I want to give to the people I love. Have you already bought or made the presents for your beloved ones?

Weihnachten steht vor der Tür und zumindest dieses Jahr habe ich schon alle Geschenke beisammen für meine Liebsten. Habt ihr schon alle Geschenke besorgt oder gemacht?

Clutch Purse - 3,27$ / 2,39€

I bought this purse a few months ago. You can carry many cards in it. That's the reason why I take it with me almost always (except for school of course).

Seit einigen Monaten besitze ich jetzt schon dieses Portemonnaie. Darin kann man viele Kärtchen verstauen. Deswegen habe ich es auch so gut wie immer dabei (außer natürlich in der Schule).

Well, I really like the color and the quality in general, but there is one thing that bothers me... those two backmost pockets go to deep! Everytime you want to put a card into the pocket it just slips deep into the pocket. But in my oppinion it's still a good purse when you look at the price.

Eigentlich gefällt es mir sehr gut, auch die Farbe und die Verarbeitung an sich, aber eine Sache stört mich schon... diese beiden hinteren Kartenfächer sind einfach zu tief! Wenn man eine karte da rein stecken will, versinkt sie. Aber für den Preis ist das Portemonnaie trotzdem schon ziemlich gut finde ich.
